1. Where do you ship from?

We ship all orders from our studio in Zirakpur, Punjab, India. 📦

2. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! 🌎 We offer international shipping. Delivery times and shipping rates will vary based on your location.

3. How long will my order take to arrive?

• India: 4–7 business days

• International: 10–20 business days (depending on your country)

You’ll get a tracking number once your order ships so you can follow its journey!

4. Can I customize my bookmark, sticker, or magnet?

At the moment, we don't offer customization. But stay tuned — personalized products may be coming soon! 🎨

5. What if my item arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged, please email us at 📧 rufastories@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving it, along with a photo. We'll send a replacement or offer a refund.

6. What is your return policy?

All sales are final, but if your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll make it right. Check out our full Return Policy for more details.

7. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, and other secure payment methods through our trusted checkout system.

8. Can I cancel or change my order?

If you need to make changes, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be changed.
